We ported our numbers and cancelled service with them at the beginning of December. You may return or exchange wireless devices and accessories within 30 days of purchase. I think they are totally irresponsible and treat their LOYAL customer like ! I told them to listen to all the recording of all our phone calls and see the runaround excuses we were given everytime which delayed this for 4 months. We have been loyal Verizon Customers and have referred many others to them. ![]() Verizon just kept passing the buck and taking their time.We told them over and over we needed the bill ASAP and why, and they kept making up excuses. And VERIZON knew that.so they just kept stringing us along.so long, that it now falls into my hands. I AM NOT paying Verizon the 700 balance that could and SHOULD have been paid by TMobile. They took their time, and now Tmoible wont pay our bills. They knew we were trying to get the bills so TMobile could pay off our termination charges. REALLY, because in all of our 8-10 phone calls to them, no one EVER mentioned that. They conveniently tell me that they have since changed their policy, but when we cancelled there was a 90 Day Force Buy out policy in effect, that meant they couldn't send us a bill until AFTER the 90 days had past. Called Verizon, and explained AGAIN that we have been trying to get a Final Termination bill from them for 4 months. Now, 4 months later we finally get the Termination bill from Verizon, and TMobile says it has taken more than 60 days for the final bill and they will not pay the termination fees for each phone line that we cancelled and ported to them. So we continued to pay those, knowing that would bring down the balances that they would pay on each phone to TMobile. In the midst of all this for the past 4 months, we have still been getting bills from Verizon for our monthly pmts on the phones that we no longer have, since we were not in contracts. Then, the paperwork was not the right one, I will do it again, and you should have a termination bill shortly, etc, etc, etc. Then, oh you have to tell us so we can fill out the proper paperwork, and forward it to the right dept. ![]() Then, Oh we see the numbers were ported, but no one told us to cancel the service. Its the middle of the month, you need to wait till the end of the next billing cycle and a new bill will cycle. We have been given one excuse after another every time that we call them. Long story short: We have called Verizon literally every 2-3 weeks asking for a final termination bill to send to Tmobile. We had been having terrible coverage with Verizon, so we switched. We had 2 of our phone numbers ported to TMobile in December. ![]() I am extremely frustrated and angry with Verizon. ![]()
